June 30, 2012: The beloved Christine Lavin will lead a chorus of performers at the Woodlands Folk Festival on Long Island in the first public performance of the 100th anniversary version of Woody's Children.
July 7, 2012: Christine will be appearing at the Guthrie Center (www.guthriecenter.org) in Great Barrington, MA, where I"ll join her to sing the song.
July 14, 2012: The magnificent Tom Chapin will be leading the 100th birthday celebration that night at the Guthrie Center, and, yes, I'll be up there singing the song.
Nov. 18, 2012: The 92nd Street Y will be presenting a "Woody's Children" 100th birthday tribute, hosted by my brother, NY1's Budd Mishkin, where many of the performers on the recording will be joining us.
